The Goodfellows Holiday Season

Our mission is: "No Child or Senior without a Christmas".

canned foodsThe 2017 Holiday Season has passed. Thank you to all of our volunteers and donors for your help in making our program success. If you are in need of assistance at this time, one of these local agencies may be able to help.

Last year we served over 323 children, 75 seniors and 32 developmentally disabled adults in Farmington and Farmington Hills. Our all-volunteer efforts rely on the kindness and generosity of local residents and businesses to serve the most needy in our community in these challenging economic times. We are in need of canned or boxed non-perishable foods (expiration date 2018 or beyond), new books, batteries and new toys.

Cash donations are greatly appreciated and critical to our mission. They are used to purchase gift cards to local grocery and clothing stores for our families and seniors in need of assistance. They also help pay for diapers, postage, warehouse utility bills and other operating expenses. We are a 501c3 public charity, and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by IRS regulations. Donate online or mail to:food maxfield 2015

SEASONAL WAREHOUSE LOCATION    Open weekdays from Nov. 26 through Dec. 21, 2018:

Our warehouse location changes each year based on the availability of a vacant building, and the incredibly kind generosity of community leaders who donate the space. Each year we open on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and move out on the weekend after Christmas. We share the space with Oakland County Toys for Tots which serves over 60 communities. Together we will take in, sort and distribute over 32,000 cans and boxes of non-perishable foods, 400 cases of diapers, 1,000 books, and more than 60,000 toys. Our office hours are from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Toys for Tots staff are there throughout the afternoon and evening, and will accept donations on behalf of either charity. Our fax and telephone numbers remain the same all year:
